The referee ignored C.A.Canelones1993's protests and gave Ximenez Estremiana a yellow card for diving instead. Indalecio Tello went to the wrong direction when Denis Guisasola was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Resto Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute C.A.Canelones1993 were awarded a corner. Sixto Daroca went to the cornerflag to take it. Resto Marquez hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Bidun Elorriaga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christovao Isern having to make a save. A sloppy throw-in by Baltasar Gauna in the 96th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C.A.Canelones1993's Hernando Cayado. C.A.Canelones1993 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
