Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Durvalino Vale kicked off to start the match. Wilian Vergílio's late challenge caught a Itutinga EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilian Vergílio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 2nd minute, one of Eme SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Eme SS. Denílson Paraense walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Arí Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Iuri Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Itutinga EC got a freekick which was hit by Robinho Sabóia. After recieving a nice pass, Eme SS's Ronaldo Machado tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Douglas Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 14 minutes of play, Itutinga EC's Kaká Maciel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armandinho Correia was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Kaká Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iuri Teixeira made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Arí Lago sent off a good shot on target. Armandinho Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaká Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Arí Lago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eme SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 33rd minute, Douglas Gerber made a precise shot to the right of Iuri Teixeira. Itutinga EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Durvalino Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iuri Teixeira having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durvalino Vale in the 41st minute of play forced Itutinga EC's goalkeeper Iuri Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Douglas Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Durvalino Vale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iuri Teixeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Itutinga EC's Manfredo Macedo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Itutinga EC's Iuri Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Vale in the 55th minute of play. If Durvalino Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Durvalino Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iuri Teixeira having to interfere. Manfredo Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Itutinga EC's Manfredo Macedo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th match minute, Itutinga EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válter Soares to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Eme SS's Ronaldo Machado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iuri Teixeira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Eme SS's Durvalino Vale in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itutinga EC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arí Lago in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iuri Teixeira saved Itutinga EC from getting behind. In the 85th minute Douglas Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iuri Teixeira came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Eme SS's Arí Lago. But to his dismay, Arí Lago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 91 minutes into the match, Durvalino Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iuri Teixeira. Itutinga EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Durvalino Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Iuri Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Lago in the 96th minute of the match. Eme SS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Itutinga EC for a fine match.
