Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Leonel Ferreira made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Murilo de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mazembe's supporters rose to their feet, but Murilo de Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Mumbach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Ferreira in the 11th minute of play forced Mazembe's goalkeeper Elder Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colheres SS's Abelardo Mumbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Paraense in the 14th minute of play. Mauro Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Abelardo Mumbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Paraense in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Mumbach saved Colheres SS from getting behind. Elder Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Mazembe's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Ferreira came free, but Elder Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Diamantino Baiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elder Tande. Mazembe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diamantino Baiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Colheres SS's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Paraense came free, but Abelardo Mumbach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mauro Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murilo de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Mumbach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Paraense in the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Arnaldo Vides had to leave the field with a concussion. Fred Gaspar charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fred Gaspar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Colheres SS got a freekick which was hit by Fred Gaspar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 53 minutes of play, Mazembe's Murilo de Barros made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Mumbach was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abelardo Mumbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo de Barros in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match, Leonel Ferreira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elder Tande saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Abelardo Mumbach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Vides in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Murilo de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Mumbach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naldo Massa hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Murilo de Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Mauro Paraense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Mumbach was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. During the 83rd minute of the match Fred Gaspar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fred Gaspar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 84th match minute, Colheres SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute of the match Vinícius Queirós shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abelardo Mumbach showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Colheres SS's Abelardo Mumbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo de Barros in the 87th minute of play. Murilo de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Mumbach having to interfere. Reynaldo Vides recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Mumbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo de Barros in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mazembe had played much better football throughout.
