Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ramiro Matos made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Reinaldo dos Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mandassaia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cruzamento the free kick. Reinaldo dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Antônio Ramalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrézinho Lopez in the 7th minute. Romário Pirani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Ramalho having to interfere. Romário Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Antônio Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romário Pirani might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antônio Ramalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romário Pirani ran back to his position shaking his head. Mandassaia's Andrézinho Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrézinho Lopez came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Antônio Ramalho could save by the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cruzamento fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! In the 27th minute, Mandassaia got a penalty, and Sidnei França placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. After 29 played minutes Cruzamento got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro Moreno. Ezequiel Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Passos in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Augusto Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Loureiro in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ezequiel Tavares saved Mandassaia from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Andrézinho Lopez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antônio Ramalho. The goal made the score 2-0. After 40 played minutes Mandassaia got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Linares. Romário Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Antônio Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Romário Pirani came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Mandassaia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romário Pirani couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romário Pirani was the one to do the kick off. Mandassaia's Augusto Silva suffered a concussion in the 53rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The supporters of Mandassaia booed when Cruzamento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Arósio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Andrézinho Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Mandassaia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrézinho Lopez couldn't finish the play. After 62 minutes, Ramiro Matos made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mandassaia's Ezequiel Tavares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 64 minutes of play Cruzamento's José Carlos Arósio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 65th minute, José Carlos Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Cruzamento's goal looked a bit too open when Andrézinho Lopez came free, but Antônio Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marquinhos Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Antônio Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrézinho Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Cruzamento's Arlindo Abraão got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Andrézinho Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Ramalho having to interfere. Paulo Loureiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ezequiel Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrézinho Lopez might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antônio Ramalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrézinho Lopez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89thth minute of the game Vinícius Arruda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cruzamento's Antônio Ramalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Andrézinho Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Mandassaia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrézinho Lopez couldn't finish the play. Marquinhos Linares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antônio Ramalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrézinho Lopez in the 94th minute of play. Romário Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mandassaia fully deserved thier win.
