Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Didi Massa got the match started through his kick off. Didi Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Giuseppe França, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 7 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Claudinho Amorim was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Melancias's Jeremias Mattos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Melancias from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Melancias's Jeremias Mattos got control of the ball when Kléberson Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeremias Mattos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Kléberson Velloso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Jeremias Mattos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cláudio Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kléberson Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jeremias Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giuseppe França took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinho Amorim. Claudinho Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Melancias booed when Carmesia AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carmesia AD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Waldir Hames was slow to take the kick. During this time Melancias's players had a chance to rest. Waldir Hames made a great header on Melancias's corner, it was just that Carmesia AD's Claudinho Amorim managed to reach the ball for a save. Giuseppe França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Amorim having to interfere. The Carmesia AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Melancias were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cláudio Amorim to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Kléber Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Giuseppe França got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Claudinho Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Didi Massa's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Giuseppe França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson Velloso in the 66th minute of play forced Melancias's goalkeeper Jeremias Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Pedro Garcia's late challenge caught a Carmesia AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Pedro Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Melancias got a freekick which was hit by Zé Pedro Garcia. In the 77th minute Cláudio Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes, Cláudio Amorim made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Melancias's Jeremias Mattos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Melancias's Didi Massa got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Didi Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
