After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ricardinho Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cocamora SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardinho Berger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hélio da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Fonseca in the 20th minute of play forced Freguesia's goalkeeper Hélio da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélio da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Fonseca in the 22nd minute of the match. Agnaldo Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Gernando Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cocamora SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Hélio da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Fonseca in the 34th minute of play. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ricardinho Berger sped through Freguesia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hélio da Cunha. 41 minutes into the match, Freguesia's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Fonseca came free, but Hélio da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gernando Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Hélio da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Freguesia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cocamora SS were winning 0-3.

Hélio da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardinho Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Téo Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Leonel Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gernando Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renan Madureira got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Renan Madureira hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Freguesia's Hélio da Cunha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Freguesia from getting a goal against them. Freguesia's Otávio de Carvalho suffered a concussion after 73 minutes and had to leave the field. 73 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Berger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cocamora SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Freguesia the free kick. After 74 played minutes Cocamora SS got a freekick which was hit by Ricardinho Berger. In the 75th minute, Ricardinho Berger reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hélio da Cunha. The goal made the score 0-4. With his leg Hélio da Cunha managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Cocamora SS's Gernando Fonseca fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Freguesia's zone, Gernando Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélio da Cunha came out of the goal and Gernando Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardinho Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Hélio da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Freguesia's Hélio da Cunha got control of the ball when Gernando Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gernando Fonseca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Hélio da Cunha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Ribeiro during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Freguesia getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ciro Ribeiro hit a great ball. 99 minutes into the match, Freguesia's goalkeeper Hélio da Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agnaldo Lara. When the final whistle sounded Cocamora SS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Freguesia.
