Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Diguinho Abreu got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gil Quadros in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tales Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luiz Fernando Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Tales Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diguinho Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernani Barreto having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Hernani Barreto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Brebe booed when Palmelo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ediberto de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tales Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Gil Quadros notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Palmelo FC's Tales Martins. Tales Martins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diguinho Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernani Barreto having to interfere. Hernani Barreto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romário Cruz went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 26thth minute of the game Luiz Fernando Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmelo FC's Tales Martins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Palmelo FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Régis Viana hit a great ball. Luiz Fernando Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Belmiro Vasconcelos fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brebe's protests and gave Belmiro Vasconcelos a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Brebe's Belmiro Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Gil Quadros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Fernando Garcia had several of the Palmelo FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Tales Martins as he didn't even see the shot coming.
