Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Romário Maia started the match with the kick off. If Benjamin Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5 minutes into the match, Palame's goal looked a bit too open when Marquinhos Urbano came free, but Valdo Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Godoi's late challenge caught a Papaokena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Benjamin Trevisan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Eliézer da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário Maia in the 21st minute of play forced Palame's goalkeeper Valdo Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Eduardo Silveira charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Eduardo Silveira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Palame getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo Silveira hit a great ball. Carlos Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marquinhos Urbano took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valdo Eger. Valdo Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Palame's Benjamin Trevisan got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Godoi to make the kick off. Marquinhos Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valdo Eger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marquinhos Urbano in the 73rd minute. Marquinhos Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Valdo Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romário Maia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Benjamin Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes Palame got a freekick which was hit by David de Moraes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Godoi in the 97th minute of play forced Papaokena's goalkeeper Eliézer da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Papaokena's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
