Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Christian Messias kicked off to start the match. Chopim SS's Kléber Mumbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Passos in the 2nd minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Palmares - PE's goal looked a bit too open when Marquinhos Trigo came free, but Charles Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseu Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Kléber Mumbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Víktor Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléber Mumbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Passos in the 24th minute of play. Charles Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Mineiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marquinhos Trigo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Kléber Mumbach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Passos in the 30th minute of the match. In the last second Kléber Mumbach throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eliseu Passos in the 31stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Eliseu Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Víktor Mello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseu Passos made a kick off. With a little luck, Palmares - PE's Charles Mineiro got control of the ball when Marquinhos Trigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliseu Passos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Víktor Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Messias struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Charles Mineiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chopim SS. Kléber Mumbach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Víktor Mello's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Eliseu Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Kléber Mumbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kléber Mumbach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Mello in the 73rd minute of the match. Kléber Mumbach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseu Passos's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute Eliseu Passos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléber Mumbach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marquinhos Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Charles Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Víktor Mello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kléber Mumbach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Messias in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Mineiro saved Palmares - PE from getting behind.
