Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Diego Lopez took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Arrinha getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Cristóvão Mangueira hit a great ball. After 6 minutes, Dieguinho Messias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barigui and the Arrinha players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Arrinha booed when Barigui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 played minutes Barigui got a freekick which was hit by Dieguinho Messias. With his leg Moisés Godoi managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Arrinha's Guilherme Fantini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guilherme Fantini in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moisés Godoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Barigui's Dieguinho Messias got a free kick in the 17th minute. Eugênio Pitta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Godoi having to interfere. Arrinha's Guilherme Fantini got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Barigui's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Fantini came free, but Moisés Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adilson Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Augusto Seco having to interfere. Barigui's Moisés Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Barigui from getting a goal against them. When Arrinha's Guilherme Fantini in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barigui's goalie prevented a goal. If Cristóvão Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barigui's Moisés Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Barigui from getting a goal against them. Eugênio Pitta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Moisés Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Arrinha booed when Barigui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denílson Vieira hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Guilherme Fantini was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 45 played minutes Barigui got a freekick which was hit by Victor Pinheiro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Fantini got free with Moisés Godoi in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
After a defensive mix-up in Barigui's zone, Cristóvão Mangueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moisés Godoi came out of the goal and Cristóvão Mangueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guilherme Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moisés Godoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guilherme Fantini's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Dieguinho Messias got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Barigui's Diego Lopez got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Anselmo de Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Moisés Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Guilherme Fantini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arrinha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Carlos Augusto Seco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adilson Cosme in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Arrinha fully deserved thier win.
