Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) With his leg Manfredo Siqueira managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Caxixa's Arlindo Paraíba fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arlindo Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfredo Siqueira having to interfere. With a little luck, C.R.Federal's Manfredo Siqueira got control of the ball when Arlindo Paraíba tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jardel Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. C.R.Federal's Edmundo Santana got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, C.R.Federal's Alessandro Guerra got a free kick in the 24th minute. Arlindo Paraíba's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Manfredo Siqueira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 28th minute Jardel Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfredo Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.R.Federal's Manfredo Siqueira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save C.R.Federal from getting a goal against them. After 38 played minutes Caxixa got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Bertassi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Mota in the 42nd minute of play forced C.R.Federal's goalkeeper Manfredo Siqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in C.R.Federal's zone, Arlindo Paraíba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manfredo Siqueira came out of the goal and Arlindo Paraíba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jardel Mota was the one to do the kick off. Jardel Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Manfredo Siqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlindo Paraíba in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manfredo Siqueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caxixa's Arlindo Paraíba got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to C.R.Federal getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cléberson de Mendonça hit a great ball. Arlindo Paraíba might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manfredo Siqueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arlindo Paraíba ran back to his position shaking his head. Jardel Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Manfredo Siqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manfredo Siqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlindo Paraíba in the 77th minute of the match. Jardel Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arlindo Paraíba scored 1-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manfredo Siqueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Christiano Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Caxixa got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Bertassi. Manfredo Siqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlindo Paraíba in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Jardel Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfredo Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Arlindo Paraíba notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of C.R.Federal's Manfredo Siqueira. Manfredo Siqueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 98 minutes, Arlindo Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caxixa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arlindo Paraíba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Caxixa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
