After a defensive mix-up in Rebojinho FC's zone, Guto Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorian Santana came out of the goal and Guto Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guto Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Dorian Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rebojinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Vidal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hílton Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Santana having to interfere. The supporters of Rebojinho FC booed when Camarao EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guto Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Rebojinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sabino Messias came free, but Dorian Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guto Mineiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Santana having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Deivid Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rebojinho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Camarao EC the free kick. After 47 played minutes Rebojinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Costa. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hílton Alvarenga to make the kick off. If Hílton Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute Donatello Arantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donatello Arantes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Paranaense having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Aírton Bezerra put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Douglas Paranaense. Donatello Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Rebojinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Alvarenga came free, but Dorian Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Vidal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Douglas Paranaense made a huge save. Douglas Paranaense was a little too slow when Zacarias Vidal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 83rd minute Guto Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Rebojinho FC's Donatello Arantes in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Camarao EC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 92nd minute, Hílton Alvarenga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
