Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reginaldo Teixeira kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Urandy FC got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Zanette. Naldo Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Pedro Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Furlan in the 7th minute of the match. Reginaldo Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarcisio Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Toninho Miranda made a huge save. When Tales Furlan came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Iuri FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tales Furlan couldn't finish the play. Toninho Miranda was a little too slow when Reginaldo Teixeira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Reginaldo Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Percival Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reginaldo Teixeira did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Toninho Miranda 49 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tales Furlan made a kick off. A collision led to Urandy FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Gabriel Schmidt hit a great ball. Toninho Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarcisio Mendes in the 66th minute of the match. Tales Furlan struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. João Pedro Vides didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iuri FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tales Furlan in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Pedro Vides saved Urandy FC from getting behind. Tarcisio Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Iuri FC booed when Urandy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarbas de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tales Furlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Pedro Vides having to interfere. Urandy FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
