Rafa Cavalcante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baltazar Borges read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. After 7 minutes of play, Bar de Munique FC's Hélio Luz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baltazar Borges was left in no man's land by his defense there! Walmir Lago who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Luís Eduardo Cordeiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Bar de Munique FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Luiz Couto hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes, Tejussuoca's Serginho Leão shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Cordeiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tejussuoca reached it. Acácio Magalhães charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Acácio Magalhães the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Tejussuoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acácio Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. Hélio Luz struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Baltazar Borges didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bar de Munique FC. If Hélio Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Pedro Porto charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Pedro Porto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tejussuoca's João Pedro Porto got a free kick in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the game, Hélio Luz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Baltazar Borges was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hélio Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltazar Borges having to interfere. After 32 minutes, Jeferson Donato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tejussuoca and the Bar de Munique FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 32 played minutes Tejussuoca got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Donato. Rafa Cavalcante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matheus Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Luís Eduardo Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bar de Munique FC fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Bar de Munique FC's Rafa Cavalcante looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Tejussuoca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bar de Munique FC were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Rafa Cavalcante made the kick off in the second half. Baltazar Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa Cavalcante, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With a little luck, Tejussuoca's Baltazar Borges got control of the ball when Hélio Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafa Cavalcante might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baltazar Borges. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafa Cavalcante ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Tejussuoca booed when Bar de Munique FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélio Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Walmir Lago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hélio Luz succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. In the 86th minute Rafa Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Rafa Cavalcante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Matheus Pontes notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Bar de Munique FC's Luís Eduardo Cordeiro. Luís Eduardo Cordeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Bar de Munique FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bar de Munique FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
