When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caco Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Emburrado FC's Alfredinho Nascimento got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Christiano Gaspar took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oséas Ramalho. Oséas Ramalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Oséas Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christiano Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Rincao EC's Oséas Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Cerezo in the 65th minute of play. Emburrado FC's attack was well implemented in the 74th minute, but when Matías Cerezo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Rincao EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caco Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Rincao EC's goal looked a bit too open when Matías Cerezo came free, but Oséas Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo de Alcântara during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 96 minutes into the game, one of Rincao EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
