Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jarbas Lucas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 played minutes Mantenopolis EC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Pinho. In the 6th minute, Armindo Amaral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gualter Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gualter Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armindo Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 19th minute Jarbas Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Mantenopolis EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Paulista to maneuver through the defense. If Armindo Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualter Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Lucas in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Jarbas Lucas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarbas Lucas in the 32nd minute of play forced Mantenopolis EC's goalkeeper Gualter Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Gabriel Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualter Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarbas Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Mantenopolis EC's zone, Armindo Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualter Brodel came out of the goal and Armindo Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Ramiro Penha notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mantenopolis EC's Gualter Brodel. Gualter Brodel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jarbas Lucas in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualter Brodel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gualter Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarbas Lucas in the 45th minute of play. Jarbas Lucas might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gualter Brodel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarbas Lucas ran back to his position shaking his head. The Mantenopolis EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Meios were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Paulista made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Meios's Jarbas Lucas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gualter Brodel. Gualter Brodel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Angelo Viana let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 59th minute shot 0-4 at rihgt post. When Pedro Paulo Paraense came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Mantenopolis EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Paulo Paraense couldn't finish the play. Jarbas Lucas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mantenopolis EC's Gualter Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Lucas in the 71st minute of play. Gualter Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané de Godoy in the 74th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Armindo Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jarbas Lucas took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gualter Brodel. Gualter Brodel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Armindo Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armindo Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gualter Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Meios walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
