Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernardo Mineiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Bernardo Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute Durval Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Mineiro in the 15th minute of play forced Antas's goalkeeper Fred Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Lenílson Ortiz fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Antas's protests and gave Lenílson Ortiz a yellow card for diving instead. Geovanni de Amorim's late challenge caught a Bacelar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geovanni de Amorim helped the player get up and apologised. Geovanni de Amorim hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. César Antunes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Nelson Costa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Bacelar FC booed when Antas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Saraiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Mineiro took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fred Vander. Fred Vander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bernardo Mineiro struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Fred Vander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bacelar FC. Bacelar FC's Bernardo Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naldo Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Antas's Fred Vander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oswaldo Valle in the 34th minute of play. Fred Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Mineiro in the 35th minute of the match. Oswaldo Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Vander having to interfere. Narciso Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Durval Saraiva made the kick off in the second half. Oswaldo Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Fred Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oswaldo Valle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Fred Vander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fred Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Antas's goalkeeper Fred Vander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oswaldo Valle. Nelson Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If César Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oswaldo Valle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Fred Vander made a huge save. 77 minutes into the game, Ulysses Cordeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Antas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bacelar FC the free kick. In the 76th minute, one of Antas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Antas. Antas:s Fred Vander showed great skill when he stopped Durval Carvalho:s penalty. In the 78th minute, Durval Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bacelar FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Oswaldo Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Vander having to interfere. When Bernardo Mineiro came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Bacelar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Mineiro couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Antas's Fred Vander got control of the ball when Oswaldo Valle tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90thth minute of the game Bernardo Mineiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Antas's Fred Vander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durval Saraiva in the 98th minute of play forced Bacelar FC's goalkeeper Nelson Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bacelar FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
