Egídio Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulão Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilmar Freire struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Egídio Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuvarada. Sílvio Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiago Loyola having to make a save. If Nilmar Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Galáticos RN - FDFDF's Lucas Gomes got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Aparecido in the 26th minute of play forced Galáticos RN - FDFDF's goalkeeper Egídio Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Charles de Almeida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Loyola was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Charles de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Loyola having to interfere. Charles de Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 38 in the game by Charles de Almeida from a close distance when the talented Tiago Loyola managed to make a qualified save. Chuvarada's players were relieved. Tiago Loyola made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Charles de Almeida sent off a good shot on target. Galáticos RN - FDFDF's Charles de Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amauri Guimarães hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Nilmar Freire struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Egídio Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuvarada. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nilmar Freire was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Galáticos RN - FDFDF's Adriano Tróia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiago Loyola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiago Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles de Almeida in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Charles de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galáticos RN - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles de Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nilmar Freire struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Egídio Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuvarada. 66 minutes into the match, Chuvarada's goal looked a bit too open when Charles de Almeida came free, but Tiago Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nilmar Freire came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Chuvarada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilmar Freire couldn't finish the play. Galáticos RN - FDFDF's Charles de Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Adriano Tróia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galáticos RN - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuvarada the free kick. The supporters of Chuvarada booed when Galáticos RN - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Charles de Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiago Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Rocha in the 85th minute of the match. Tiago Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Galáticos RN - FDFDF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgar Penha in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Charles de Almeida left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galáticos RN - FDFDF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Sílvio Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Galáticos RN - FDFDF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
