Armandinho Linares hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, Arrombadores Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Patrício Guimarães came free, but Pedrão do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 7 minutes, Guilherme Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arrombadores Sport Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guilherme Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateus Pimenta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedrão do Valle having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Arrombadores Sport Club's Wilian Severo got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 17 played minutes Arrombadores Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Severino Passos. After 18 played minutes, Babacu SS's Geraldo Ferraz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedrão do Valle came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Babacu SS reached it. 20 minutes into the match, Babacu SS's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Silveira came free, but Cipriano da Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Babacu SS's Carlinhos Linares got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Dedê Vieira might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cipriano da Fonseca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dedê Vieira ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedrão do Valle came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Babacu SS's Mateus Pimenta. But to his dismay, Mateus Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 31 minutes into the game, Jerônimo Linhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Babacu SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrombadores Sport Club the free kick. Jerônimo Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Dedê Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Guilherme Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd match minute, Babacu SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Linhares to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Guilherme Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrombadores Sport Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Guilherme Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrício Guimarães made a kick off. Mateus Pimenta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Pedrão do Valle made a huge save. A collision led to Arrombadores Sport Club getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Roberto do Valle hit a great ball. Mateus Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pedrão do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Dedê Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Patrício Guimarães dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedrão do Valle, 0-2. Arrombadores Sport Club's Pedrão do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrício Guimarães in the 75th minute of play. When Mateus Pimenta came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Babacu SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateus Pimenta couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Arrombadores Sport Club getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mateus Maranhense hit a great ball. Mateus Pimenta struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Pedrão do Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Babacu SS. The supporters of Arrombadores Sport Club booed when Babacu SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Guilherme Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrombadores Sport Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Guilherme Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patrício Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão do Valle having to interfere. Mateus Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateus Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Pedrão do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Arrombadores Sport Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Babacu SS's performance. The match ended with a win for Babacu SS.
