Daniel Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Tiago Trancoso made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Alberto Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mazinho Massa having to interfere. Mazinho Massa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Majuria SS had played much better football throughout.
