Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Marcel Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Braga having to interfere. A collision led to Tapara getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Juninho Mazza hit a great ball. The supporters of C.C.A.A. Guapira booed when Tapara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleandro Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Hugo de Amaral led 12 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Tapara's Fabiano Braga became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. In the 15th minute, Víktor Baiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Marcel Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Víktor Baiano took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabiano Braga. Fabiano Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Víktor Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Breckenfeld in the 31st minute of play forced Tapara's goalkeeper Fabiano Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th match minute, Tapara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. The C.C.A.A. Guapira fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when C.C.A.A. Guapira's Marcel Veloso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcel Veloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Braga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcel Veloso ran back to his position shaking his head. Víktor Baiano scored 1-4 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabiano Braga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabiano Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Tapara's Fabiano Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Baiano in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, Tapara's Fabiano Braga got control of the ball when Kiko Abraão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeremias Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Fabiano Braga made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Gonçalves in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabiano Braga saved Tapara from getting behind. Tapara's Fabiano Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Gonçalves in the 57th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, C.C.A.A. Guapira's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Paulista came free, but Germano Valladares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tapara's Fabiano Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Baiano in the 62nd minute of play. Víktor Baiano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. C.C.A.A. Guapira's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tapara's Fabiano Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Tapara from getting a goal against them. Zé Favoretto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute Víktor Baiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Víktor Baiano in the 85th minute of play forced Tapara's goalkeeper Fabiano Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Víktor Baiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Tapara's goalkeeper Fabiano Braga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcel Veloso. Dadá Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Germano Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
