Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luiz Eduardo Zanette made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcinho Valle during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcinho Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The Tigers's Durval Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Zanette in the 7th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Benê Marquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Almir Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Luiz Pontes having to interfere. In the 24th minute of the match, Almir Maia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sílvio Luiz Pontes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 24 played minutes Seberi got a freekick which was hit by Samuca Novaes. After 25 played minutes Seberi got a freekick which was hit by Falcão Baptista. A collision led to The Tigers getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Marco Linares hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benê Marquez in the 29th minute of play forced The Tigers's goalkeeper Durval Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Almir Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Luiz Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tigers's Luiz Fabiano Berger shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sílvio Luiz Pontes but with some difficulty. After 36 minutes, Falcão Baptista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seberi and the The Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Falcão Baptista hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Benê Marquez scored 0-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Durval Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Durval Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benê Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Luiz Eduardo Zanette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Almir Maia was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, The Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Zanette came free, but Durval Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Tigers's Almir Maia got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Eduardo Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Lima having to interfere. Benê Marquez struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Durval Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seberi. In the 69th match minute, Seberi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Araújo to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute of the match Luiz Fabiano Berger shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sílvio Luiz Pontes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sílvio Luiz Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir Maia in the 76th minute of play. With a little luck, The Tigers's Durval Lima got control of the ball when Benê Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Almir Maia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Eduardo Zanette in the 97th minute of play forced The Tigers's goalkeeper Durval Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Seberi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
