Raimundo Ferraz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 11 played minutes Remansinho EC got a freekick which was hit by Oséias Borges. In the 14th minute, Remansinho EC's Flavinho Braga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cyprian Klawke. Cyprian Klawke yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The Minas FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Minas FC's Raimundo Ferraz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Minas FC's Raimundo Ferraz in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Remansinho EC's goalie prevented a goal. Cyprian Klawke was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Richard de Amorim capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Minas FC's Cyprian Klawke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Minas FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Minas FC's Cyprian Klawke got control of the ball when Alexsandro Arruda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cyprian Klawke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard de Amorim got free with Cyprian Klawke in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho Braga in the 43rd minute of play forced Minas FC's goalkeeper Cyprian Klawke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexsandro Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Cyprian Klawke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Minas FC defense, Alexsandro Arruda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cyprian Klawke. The Minas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cyprian Klawke should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flavinho Braga was the one to do the kick off. After a long run with the ball, Richard de Amorim did a trick in the 55th minute in front of Minas FC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 4-1. An impressive performance by Remansinho EC's Richard de Amorim! Minas FC's Claudinei Fontes suffered a concussion after 58 minutes and had to leave the field. Dráusio Mumbach kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Remansinho EC's Oséias Borges got a free kick in the 61st minute. Flavinho Braga took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyprian Klawke. Cyprian Klawke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho Braga in the 67th minute of play forced Minas FC's goalkeeper Cyprian Klawke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyprian Klawke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard de Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cyprian Klawke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Gaspar in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Raimundo Ferraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th match minute, Minas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia Paganelli to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavinho Braga in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyprian Klawke saved Minas FC from getting behind. In the 89th match minute, Minas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caio Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Remansinho EC's Flavinho Braga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cyprian Klawke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexsandro Arruda struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Cyprian Klawke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Remansinho EC. There was no doubt that Remansinho EC were the better team. Remansinho EC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
