Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kléberson Quirino started the match with the kick off. Geovânio Leal was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Allan Brito capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Allan Brito really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Elder da Silveira's late challenge caught a Tricolor da VG-MT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elder da Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. Elder da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Kléberson Quirino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wiliam Eger having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Torcida's zone, Kléberson Quirino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wiliam Eger came out of the goal and Kléberson Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Allan Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Leal having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson Quirino in the 23rd minute of play forced Torcida's goalkeeper Wiliam Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Lenílson de Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiliam Eger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kléberson Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elano Goiano hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Olívio Paranaense succeeded in the game's 34th minute to get real power on a long shot . Tricolor da VG-MT's Geovânio Leal hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-0! In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torcida's goalkeeper Wiliam Eger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Torcida's zone, Luizão Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wiliam Eger came out of the goal and Luizão Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Brito made a kick off. Geovânio Leal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Torcida:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tricolor da VG-MT:s goal. The referee gave Tricolor da VG-MT a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mazinho Maranhense, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Torcida's Wiliam Eger. 2-1. Allan Brito struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Geovânio Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torcida. Geovânio Leal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Vivaldo Prado fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torcida's protests and gave Vivaldo Prado a yellow card for diving instead. Torcida's Wiliam Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléberson Quirino in the 75th minute of play. Allan Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Allan Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lenílson de Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Geovânio Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Allan Brito scored 3-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geovânio Leal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Allan Brito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Torcida fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.
