Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gustavo Alagoano started the match with the kick off. Dráusio de Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilmar Pinho's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the game, Maurinho Gonçalves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nhambiquaras EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Adidas Fc the free kick. In the 5th match minute, Nhambiquaras EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. Adelino Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nhambiquaras EC's zone, Adelino Sarmento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fellipe Veloso came out of the goal and Adelino Sarmento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Nhambiquaras EC booed when Adidas Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Alagoanos short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Fellipe Veloso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dráusio de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Arce in the 23rd minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Adidas Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Arce came free, but Dráusio de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adelino Sarmento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adelino Sarmento scored 1-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fellipe Veloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dráusio de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Pinho in the 39th minute of play. Zé Carlos de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Dráusio de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilmar Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Carlos de Alcântara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Carlos de Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Fellipe Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Alagoano in the 62nd minute of the match. Marcel Félix received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dráusio de Andrade came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcel Félix slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 66th minute. Adidas Fc's Dráusio de Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Adidas Fc from getting a goal against them. Dráusio de Andrade came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Nhambiquaras EC's Zé Carlos de Alcântara. But to his dismay, Zé Carlos de Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Alagoano in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fellipe Veloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Adelino Sarmento came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Adidas Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Sarmento couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute Gustavo Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adidas Fc's Dráusio de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos de Alcântara in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Gustavo Alagoano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Fellipe Veloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Nhambiquaras EC's zone, Adelino Sarmento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the game, one of Nhambiquaras EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Paulo Renato Moreira shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilmar Pinho got free with Dráusio de Andrade in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Nhambiquaras EC's Marcel Félix slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dráusio de Andrade. That made the score 2-4 after 98 minutes of play. The Nhambiquaras EC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
