Gildo Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelino do Nascimento's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Adelino do Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute Adelino do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Davi Correia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gildo Toledo was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Davi Correia struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Gildo Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laura SC. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Adelino do Nascimento put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gildo Toledo. Gildo Toledo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Laura SC's Gabriel Berger. But to his dismay, Gabriel Berger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Laura SC's Davi Correia got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Custódio Dracena notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Camaubau's Gildo Toledo. Gildo Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gildo Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino do Nascimento in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Laura SC got a freekick which was hit by Davi Correia. Gildo Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino do Nascimento in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Camaubau's goal looked a bit too open when Davi Correia came free, but Gildo Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adelino do Nascimento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 52 in the game by Davi Correia from a close distance when the talented Gildo Toledo managed to make a qualified save. Camaubau's players were relieved. Sílvio Luís Freitas hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Davi Correia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Gildo Toledo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Davi Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Davi Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laura SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Davi Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gildo Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the game, Laura SC's Gabriel Berger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gildo Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Adelino do Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gildo Toledo having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Adelino do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adelino do Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Gildo Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laura SC. Gildo Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Camaubau getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ademar da Rocha hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, one of Camaubau:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Camaubau. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, Laura SC's Cido Aguiar got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gildo Toledo. In the 88th minute Adelino do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Camaubau's goalkeeper Gildo Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davi Correia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino do Nascimento in the 93rd minute of play forced Camaubau's goalkeeper Gildo Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Camaubau's goalkeeper Gildo Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davi Correia.
