Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adelino do Nascimento kicked off to start the match. Horácio Moreno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gláuber da Mata went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 17 minutes in the game, Adelino do Nascimento fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tomé Correia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gláuber da Mata in the 20th minute of play forced Laura SC's goalkeeper Horácio Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes in the game, Adelino do Nascimento fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tomé Correia having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Gláuber da Mata left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taquary SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 33 minutes, Edmílson Velloso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taquary SC and the Laura SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Taquary SC got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson Velloso. In the 34th match minute, Taquary SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton Mota to maneuver through the defense. Custódio Dracena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomé Correia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Tomé Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino do Nascimento in the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half Taquary SC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gláuber da Mata was the one to do the kick off. Adelino do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Tomé Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Taquary SC's zone, Davi Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomé Correia came out of the goal and Davi Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Gabriel Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 minutes, Duda Valadares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laura SC and the Taquary SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Laura SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Horácio Moreno, was totally fooled by Taquary SC's Christian Lago, who 60 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Laura SC's Davi Correia in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Taquary SC's goalie prevented a goal. Adelino do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Amílton Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, Laura SC's Adelino do Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomé Correia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 76thth minute of the game Adelino do Nascimento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taquary SC's Tomé Correia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Gabriel Hames hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Laura SC's Cido Aguiar tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Edmílson Velloso hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Taquary SC's zone, Adelino do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomé Correia came out of the goal and Adelino do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes of play, Laura SC's Adelino do Nascimento made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomé Correia was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino do Nascimento in the 93rd minute of play forced Taquary SC's goalkeeper Tomé Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Gabriel Hames was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taquary SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laura SC the free kick. A collision led to Taquary SC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Gabriel Hames hit a great ball. Adelino do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Tomé Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
