Benjamin Velloso scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ronaldão Ceresso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Cacatua's goalkeeper Ronaldão Ceresso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Velloso. Dadá Salgado charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dadá Salgado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dadá Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cacatua's Hugo Ferraz got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Cacatua's goalkeeper Ronaldão Ceresso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Velloso. In the 30th minute of the match, Roger Rodrigues tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ronaldão Ceresso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 32 minutes, Benjamin Velloso made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cacatua's Ronaldão Ceresso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 minutes of play, dorizonense's Benjamin Velloso made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronaldão Ceresso was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Roger Rodrigues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronaldão Ceresso was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Roger Rodrigues made the kick off in the second half. If Roger Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Cacatua defense, Roger Rodrigues kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronaldão Ceresso. The Cacatua fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronaldão Ceresso should have stopped the shot. Roger Rodrigues took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldão Ceresso. Ronaldão Ceresso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Benjamin Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ronaldão Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Velloso in the 71st minute of the match. When Ramón Silveira got free in front of the goal in the 75th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Váldson Varela was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 79 minutes, Cipriano Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. dorizonense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Cearense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benjamin Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Ceresso having to interfere. Ramón Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldão Ceresso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Velloso went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the dorizonense players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
