Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Diogo Mesquita took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6thth minute of the game Vivaldo Vergílio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ituacu SC's Rafinha Lopes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Kauã Seco fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ituacu SC's protests and gave Kauã Seco a yellow card for diving instead. Kauã Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Vivaldo Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Rafinha Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Philipps FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Mesquita came free, but Tiago Gabriel Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ituacu SC's Manolo Brito got a free kick in the 15th minute. Per-Filip Sæle struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Rafinha Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Philipps FC. Rafinha Lopes made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Reynaldo Arce sent off a good shot on target. Vivaldo Vergílio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafinha Lopes having to make a save. Philipps FC's Vivaldo Vergílio got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vivaldo Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Lopes having to interfere. If Reynaldo Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Vivaldo Vergílio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cido Terra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Rafinha Lopes made a huge save. Ituacu SC's Rafinha Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Vergílio in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vivaldo Vergílio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Per-Filip Sæle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Vivaldo Vergílio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ituacu SC's Rafinha Lopes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cido Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Lopes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Vergílio in the 58th minute of play forced Ituacu SC's goalkeeper Rafinha Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ituacu SC's zone, Cido Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafinha Lopes came out of the goal and Cido Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vivaldo Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rafinha Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Arce struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Rafinha Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Philipps FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Vivaldo Vergílio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Philipps FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vivaldo Vergílio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafinha Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Philipps FC booed when Ituacu SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clóvis de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafinha Lopes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vivaldo Vergílio went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Tiago Gabriel Mangueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Cido Terra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafinha Lopes having to make a save. Vivaldo Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rafinha Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mazinho Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Vergílio took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafinha Lopes. Rafinha Lopes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Vivaldo Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Philipps FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
