Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lúcio Sena kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Arvorezinha EC booed when Purma EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yan Moreira made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Basílio Tavares sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Doni de Castro sped through Purma EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guga França. Yan Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th play minute Basílio Tavares came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Yan Moreira. 1-1. Leonardo Vale was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Leonardo Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Yan Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Arvorezinha EC's Yan Moreira got control of the ball when Basílio Tavares tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Arvorezinha EC's Lúcio Sena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guga França made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Leonardo Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doni de Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Arvorezinha EC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Leonardo Vale made the kick off in the second half. Guga França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Sena in the 51st minute of the match. José Carlos Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Arvorezinha EC's zone, Basílio Tavares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Moreira came out of the goal and Basílio Tavares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Leonardo Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arvorezinha EC's Kauan Bittencourt got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Basílio Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Purma EC's zone, Lúcio Sena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guga França came out of the goal and Lúcio Sena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Carlos Silveira's late challenge caught a Arvorezinha EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Carlos Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Purma EC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. José Carlos Silveira hit a great ball. Yan Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carlos Silveira in the 81st minute of the match. Basílio Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Wilton Gerber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arvorezinha EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purma EC the free kick. 87 minutes into the game, one of Arvorezinha EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Yan Moreira went to the wrong direction when Fábio Silveira was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 93 minutes of play, Purma EC's José Carlos Silveira made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yan Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Purma EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
