The crowd rose to their feet as Leões Do Deserto's Gustavo Vargas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florian Raschke. That made the score 1-1 after 15 minutes of play. Ludibriados Futebol Clube's Florian Raschke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Paulista in the 19th minute of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustavo Vargas was the one to do the kick off. Olívio Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batista Falip, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Jonas Teixeira made a precise shot to the right of Olívio Batista. Leões Do Deserto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Carlos Augusto Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute, Francisco Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ludibriados Futebol Clube's Zézinho Galvão got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Benê Travassos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florian Raschke was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. Vito Andrade hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Vargas in the 82nd minute of play forced Ludibriados Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Florian Raschke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leões Do Deserto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Carlos Augusto Silva scored to the left of an out of position Olívio Batista, making the score, 3-5. If Geovânio de Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Carlos Augusto Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ludibriados Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-6. Vito Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. In the 97th minute of the match Francisco Barreto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florian Raschke showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ludibriados Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
