Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cesinha Matorin made the kick off and thus started the match. Vladimir Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Pirani in the 7th minute of play. Beto Quadros scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimir Loureiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vladimir Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Pirani in the 20th minute of play. Beto Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Vladimir Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Igarapeba EC's Beto Quadros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimir Loureiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vladimir Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Beto Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Vladimir Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesinha Matorin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emerson Sabóia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Beto Quadros struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Vladimir Loureiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Igarapeba EC. After 43 played minutes Brancos FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Matorin. Felipe Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Frédson Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felipe Pirani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Loureiro having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Felipe Pirani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimir Loureiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 80 minutes into the game, Fernão Vergílio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brancos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Igarapeba EC the free kick. In the 80th minute, one of Brancos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Brancos FC. Vladimir Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Quadros in the 91st minute of the match. Vladimir Loureiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beto Quadros's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Pirani got free with Vladimir Loureiro in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Igarapeba EC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
