Pedro Moreno fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 12th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. André Luís Favoretto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robinho Maia having to interfere. Edvaldo Porto hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Robinho Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romário Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute André Luís Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robinho Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, André Luís Favoretto notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pé de Calo MZ Club's Robinho Maia. Robinho Maia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Joel Moura fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pé de Calo MZ Club's protests and gave Joel Moura a yellow card for diving instead. Luiz Guilherme Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robinho Maia having to interfere. Oséias Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edvaldo Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Oséias Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pé de Calo MZ Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oséias Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anderson de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oséias Viana to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Codozinho AD's zone, Joel Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Galvão came out of the goal and Joel Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the match, Codozinho AD's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Viana came free, but Frederico Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anderson de Amorim struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Frederico Galvão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pé de Calo MZ Club. Pedro Moreno's late challenge caught a Codozinho AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Moreno helped the player get up and apologised. Robinho Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luís Favoretto in the 63rd minute of play. Oséias Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Galvão having to interfere. Romário Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Oséias Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pé de Calo MZ Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Oséias Viana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederico Galvão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robinho Maia came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Codozinho AD's Conrado Figueiredo. But to his dismay, Conrado Figueiredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Robinho Maia made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Conrado Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Porto in the 81st minute of play forced Codozinho AD's goalkeeper Frederico Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serginho Lira struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Frederico Galvão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pé de Calo MZ Club. A collision led to Codozinho AD getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Luiz Guilherme Ramos hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Codozinho AD's zone, Oséias Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Galvão came out of the goal and Oséias Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 94 minutes, Luiz Guilherme Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Codozinho AD and the Pé de Calo MZ Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pé de Calo MZ Club booed when Codozinho AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Guilherme Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
