Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jarbas Terra made the kick off which started today's match. Zeca Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Oeiras AD's zone, Jarbas Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gino Nóbrega came out of the goal and Jarbas Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Galheiro's Jarbas Terra in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oeiras AD's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot by Frank Schmidt from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Gino Nóbrega's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 15 minutes, Cacá Donatello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galheiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cacá Donatello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Galheiro booed when Oeiras AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Digo Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Cacá Donatello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galheiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 21st minute Doriva Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nildo Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 25 in the game by Cacá Donatello from a close distance when the talented Gino Nóbrega managed to make a qualified save. Oeiras AD's players were relieved. Nildo Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeca Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Kiko Fantini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galheiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oeiras AD the free kick. In the 28th minute, Kiko Fantini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeca Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Nildo Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Oeiras AD's goalkeeper Gino Nóbrega had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inácio Ribeiro. 35 minutes into the match, Galheiro's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Motta came free, but Nildo Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeca Motta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nildo Sanches read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Doriva Diniz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oeiras AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galheiro the free kick. After a rather tough play, Oeiras AD's Doriva Diniz got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Oeiras AD's goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Terra came free, but Gino Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Galheiro's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Motta came free, but Nildo Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeca Motta was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Cacá Donatello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oeiras AD's Gino Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Donatello in the 58th minute of play. Galheiro's Jarbas Terra got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cacá Donatello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Nóbrega having to make a save. In the 77th minute Cacá Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gino Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarbas Terra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Nóbrega having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cacá Donatello in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gino Nóbrega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Cacá Donatello came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Galheiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cacá Donatello couldn't finish the play. Jarbas Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Cacá Donatello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galheiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Cacá Donatello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gino Nóbrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cacá Donatello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarbas Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino Nóbrega having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play, Galheiro's Jarbas Terra made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gino Nóbrega was left in no man's land by his defense there! Galheiro walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
