Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Nando Vargas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Atauba EC's Elói Fantini dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Elói Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Atauba EC booed when Kleine Berlin Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17thth minute of the game Elói Fantini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kleine Berlin Club's Valdemar Mello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kleine Berlin Club's zone, Andrézinho de Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdemar Mello came out of the goal and Andrézinho de Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Elói Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Andrézinho de Castro came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Atauba EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrézinho de Castro couldn't finish the play. After 37 minutes, Benedito Félix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kleine Berlin Club and the Atauba EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benedito Félix hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Kleine Berlin Club's Nando Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elói Fantini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrézinho de Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdemar Mello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrézinho de Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. After 57 played minutes Atauba EC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Mazza. In the 60th minute, Nando Vargas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Elói Fantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Atauba EC's Romeu Toledo got control of the ball when Paulo José Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vito de Mendonça's late challenge caught a Kleine Berlin Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vito de Mendonça helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, one of Atauba EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atauba EC. The referee gave Kleine Berlin Club a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edmundo Martins, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Atauba EC's Romeu Toledo. 1-1. In the 77th match minute, Atauba EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. Kleine Berlin Club's Edmundo Martins shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Romeu Toledo but with some difficulty. Andrézinho de Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elói Fantini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Mello having to interfere. Nando Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
