Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Washington Barral started the match with the kick off. Sílvio Luís Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Monteiro in the 4th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cacoalinho defense, Wágner Monteiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sílvio Luís Favoretto. The Cacoalinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sílvio Luís Favoretto should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Oscar Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ininga's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sílvio Luís Favoretto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 minutes of play, Cacoalinho's Washington Barral made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Germano Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute Carlos Alberto Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germano Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Sá in the 19th minute of the match. Ininga's Germano Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Sá in the 21st minute of play. Cacoalinho's Sílvio Luís Favoretto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Cacoalinho from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anísio Chaves in the 37th minute of play forced Ininga's goalkeeper Germano Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Alberto Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Germano Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cacoalinho's Washington Barral got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wágner Monteiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Alberto Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Corrêa having to interfere. The supporters of Ininga booed when Cacoalinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavinho Massa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Sílvio Luís Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Tavares in the 69th minute of the match. Carlos Alberto Sá's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Germano Corrêa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 75 played minutes Ininga got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Lara. Sílvio Luís Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Monteiro in the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Wágner Monteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 84 minutes of play, Ininga's Wágner Monteiro made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sílvio Luís Favoretto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Germano Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Ininga's Germano Corrêa got control of the ball when Carlos Alberto Sá tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Sílvio Luís Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
