Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gugu de Andrade started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Araguiana AD getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. João Augusto Fernandez hit a great ball. Wilian Dias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Jacinto having to make a save. Pedro Augusto Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Caco Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Barriero getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Vânderson Massa hit a great ball. Denílson Souto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 20 minutes into the game, José Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Araguiana AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barriero the free kick. Luís Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matheus Lopes in the 24th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Edgard Guimarães shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luís Jacinto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Denílson Souto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Luís Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Edgard Guimarães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barriero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Araguiana AD the free kick. Edgard Guimarães hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 42 played minutes, Araguiana AD's João Augusto Fernandez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper David Sampaio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Araguiana AD reached it. Luan Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denílson Souto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Souto in the 61st minute of play forced Araguiana AD's goalkeeper Luís Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luan Souza's late challenge caught a Araguiana AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luan Souza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Luan Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gugu de Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Sampaio having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Araguiana AD's goal looked a bit too open when Matheus Lopes came free, but Luís Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Jacinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Souto in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Barriero players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
