Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Silas Amaral started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tony Terra was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Humberto Senna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Senna in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Terra saved Dinisia SS from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Dinisia SS's zone, João Francisco Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Terra came out of the goal and João Francisco Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Augusto Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan de Azevedo in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Carlos Alberto Aguiar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pesqueira AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Silas Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Terra having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, João Francisco Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Senna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tony Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Augusto Couto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Christiano Vianna. When João Francisco Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Pesqueira AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Francisco Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Dinisia SS's goal looked a bit too open when João Francisco Ribeiro came free, but Tony Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinisia SS were furious when Rubens Souza was red carded, 72 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Ismael Ferreira shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Tony Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Francisco Ribeiro in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute Humberto Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Humberto Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tony Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Humberto Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pesqueira AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Terra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pesqueira AD walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
