Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Roger Guerra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Sustino booed when SPARTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válter Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sustino's Roberto Lucas got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th match minute, Sustino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edson Tróia to maneuver through the defense. SPARTA FC's Giovanni Linares couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sustino. Arthur Saraiva made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Léo Alagoano sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Guerra in the 21st minute of play forced Sustino's goalkeeper Arthur Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sustino's zone, Léo Alagoano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Saraiva came out of the goal and Léo Alagoano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arthur Saraiva was a little too slow when Roger Guerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 31st minute when Roger Guerra elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Roberto Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Allan de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Válter Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40thth minute of the game Roger Guerra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sustino's Arthur Saraiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roger Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arthur Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léo Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Roberto Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Cabral to make the kick off. Allan de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Cabral in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SPARTA FC's Válter Baptista got a free kick in the 55th minute. Roger Guerra's late challenge caught a Sustino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Guerra helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes SPARTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Roger Guerra. The audience was convinced that Léo Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arthur Saraiva was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 63rd match minute, Sustino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Arce to maneuver through the defense.
