Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donatello Alves took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Oriente SC's Dário Secco got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Flávio Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Wilian Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cova getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Gláuber Guedes hit a great ball. Oriente SC's Wilian Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Bastos in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Donatello Alves made a precise shot to the right of Valdomiro Torres. Cova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Oriente SC's Wilian Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Bastos in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Donatello Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Oriente SC's Cafu Brasil tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dário Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Torres having to interfere. Valdomiro Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Secco in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 41st minute Gláuber Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilian Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Alex Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilian Pernambucano acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dalmo Amaral. Cova's attack was well implemented in the 47th minute, but when Evandro Costa was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Evandro Costas short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Wilian Pernambucano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Evandro Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilian Pernambucano having to interfere. A very good chance for a goal. If Dário Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Flávio Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilian Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdomiro Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donatello Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilian Pernambucano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evandro Costa in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Dário Secco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Cafu Brasil sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cova's Valdomiro Torres didn't even have to move. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donatello Alves in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Flávio Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Evandro Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Dário Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oriente SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Secco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
