Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raphael da Fonseca took the kick off in the first half of the match. Renan da Fonseca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Fabiano do Nascimento came out and tried to block the shot, but Renan da Fonseca slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Renan da Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sacao SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan da Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Fabiano do Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, Dagoberto Pontes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto do Nascimento. Sacao SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dagoberto Pontes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Augusto do Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Pontes in the 13th minute of play. Armandinho Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Luiz Fabiano do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Horror SS booed when Sacao SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willian de Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Horror SS's Ciro de Mendonça broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 30th minute Dagoberto Pontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto do Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Luiz Paulo Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armandinho Schmidts short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Luiz Fabiano do Nascimento to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Dagoberto Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horror SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Dagoberto Pontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto do Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Renan da Fonseca to make the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Sacao SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Abreu to maneuver through the defense. Armandinho Schmidt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Fabiano do Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Horror SS getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Mota hit a great ball. Augusto do Nascimento was a little too slow when Raphael da Fonseca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 1-2. The Sacao SC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Sacao SC's Armandinho Schmidt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sacao SC's Armandinho Schmidt got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Paulo Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Renan da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Luiz Fabiano do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horror SS succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sacao SC had controlled the match.
