Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cléber Simão kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Dragões de Santiago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sérgio de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dragões de Santiago's goalkeeper Charles Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dragões de Santiago's Charles Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cléber Simão in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dragões de Santiago's Sérgio de Amaral got a free kick in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Simão in the 7th minute of play forced Dragões de Santiago's goalkeeper Charles Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 10 in the game by Cléber Chaves from a close distance when the talented Christian Antunes managed to make a qualified save. Cauarru's players were relieved. Felippe Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cauarru's Paulo Hermes got a free kick in the 17th minute. Dedé Cruz who after having made a long run got a chance for a shot on goal. Despite a couple of nice moves Christian Antunes's wasn't to be fooled and made an easy save when Dedé Cruz was beeing forced to shoot. Natanael Carvalho's late challenge caught a Dragões de Santiago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natanael Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. Cléber Chaves struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Christian Antunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dragões de Santiago. After a rather tough play, Cauarru's Natanael Carvalho got a free kick in the 26th minute. João Carlos de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Carneiro came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Cauarru's Cléber Simão. But to his dismay, Cléber Simão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cléber Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felippe Quintal in the 40th minute of play. Charles Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felippe Quintal's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Elivélton Prado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Cauarru's Paulo Hermes tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Carlos de Toledo to make the kick off. Felippe Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felippe Quintal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Charles Carneiro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Simão in the 62nd minute of play forced Dragões de Santiago's goalkeeper Charles Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dragões de Santiago's Charles Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felippe Quintal in the 63rd minute of play. When Cléber Simão came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Cauarru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cléber Simão couldn't finish the play. Felippe Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Carneiro having to interfere. Charles Carneiro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. In the 75th minute Cléber Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Quintal in the 76th minute of play forced Dragões de Santiago's goalkeeper Charles Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felippe Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Carneiro having to interfere. Charles Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cléber Simão in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Cléber Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felippe Quintal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Felippe Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cauarru's supporters rose to their feet, but Felippe Quintal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charles Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cléber Simão in the 93rd minute of play. After 94 played minutes, Cauarru's Alfredão de Senna shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charles Carneiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cauarru reached it. If Cléber Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cauarru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
