Luisão Vander in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Victor Queiroz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Barreirinho FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Sydney Messias hit a great ball. Victor Queiroz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enéas Miranda in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Barreirinho FC's goalkeeper Victor Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enéas Miranda. Victor Queiroz was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Luisão Vander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luisão Vander really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Victor Queiroz made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Enéas Miranda sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sydney Messias made a kick off. Victor Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enéas Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78thth minute of the game Luisão Vander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barreirinho FC's Victor Queiroz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Enéas Miranda came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Atlético Monte Azul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Miranda couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Vander in the 83rd minute of play forced Barreirinho FC's goalkeeper Victor Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Queiroz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisão Vander went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Luisão Vander struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Victor Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Monte Azul. Barreirinho FC's Victor Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enéas Miranda in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Atlético Monte Azul players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
