After a rather tough play, Bonetes's Alfredinho Carioca got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Dráusio Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmyr Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Quintal in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Moiboada EC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Amauri Prado hit a great ball. Bonetes's Chiquinho Quintal got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hamílton Coutinho made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Evaristo Souto sent off a good shot on target. Hamílton Coutinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Souto in the 40th minute. Hamílton Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Matos in the 44th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

54 minutes into the match, Bonetes's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Pitta came free, but Hamílton Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bonetes getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Alfredinho Carioca hit a great ball. Erivaldo da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmyr Donatello having to interfere. Durval Faustino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Walmyr Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Braga charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Braga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bonetes! When Dráusio Baiano came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Bonetes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dráusio Baiano couldn't finish the play. Lucas Matos struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Hamílton Coutinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moiboada EC. When Chiquinho Quintal came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Bonetes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chiquinho Quintal couldn't finish the play.
