Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramiro Pinheiro started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Pinheiro in the 3rd minute of play forced Ourupu's goalkeeper Rony Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidnei Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rony Varela having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Sidnei Velasco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rony Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rony Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Ourupu's Rony Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Pinheiro in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Real Carioca booed when Ourupu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ourupu's Pedro Luiz Silva got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Fábio Marquez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rony Varela showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pedrão Hoffmann hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Ourupu's Rony Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Pinheiro in the 24th minute of play. Real Carioca were furious when Fábio Marquez was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Fábio Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Cesinha Carioca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ourupu's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesinha Carioca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giovani Sena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Real Carioca's Pedro Abraão got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Cássio Hames hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Ramiro Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rony Varela having to interfere. If Ramiro Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Rocha made a kick off. Pedrão Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Giovani Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovani Sena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luiz Gustavo Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rony Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Pinheiro in the 84th minute of play forced Ourupu's goalkeeper Rony Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Ourupu got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Silva. When Ramiro Pinheiro fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Carioca's protests and gave Ramiro Pinheiro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Real Carioca getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ramiro Pinheiro hit a great ball. Cesinha Carioca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Real Carioca played a much better game than Ourupu and deserved their victory. The Ourupu players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
