Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abelardo Rosa kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the match, GREMIO OSASCO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Antunes came free, but Frédson Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jardel Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute Waldemar Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frédson Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jardel Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frédson Furtado having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in GREMIO OSASCO F.C's zone, Waldemar Antunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frédson Furtado came out of the goal and Waldemar Antunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edson do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Porteiras's Waldemar Antunes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frédson Furtado. Frédson Furtado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After having played for 24 minutes, Geraldo Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GREMIO OSASCO F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geraldo Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Geraldo Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geraldo Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Renato Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jardel Valle got free with Frédson Furtado in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waldemar Antunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th match minute, GREMIO OSASCO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrão Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. Beto Toledo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frédson Furtado. GREMIO OSASCO F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edson do Vale got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 44th match minute, GREMIO OSASCO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edson do Vale to maneuver through the defense. Frédson Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Porteiras's goalkeeper Renato Pernambucano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waldemar Antunes was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Waldemar Antunes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frédson Furtado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Waldemar Antunes came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Porteiras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Antunes couldn't finish the play. Jardel Valle struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Frédson Furtado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porteiras. If João Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Jardel Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Porteiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Jardel Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frédson Furtado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Antunes in the 77th minute of play forced GREMIO OSASCO F.C's goalkeeper Frédson Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Geraldo Cordeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renato Pernambucano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Waldemar Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Rosa charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Rosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GREMIO OSASCO F.C's Abelardo Rosa got a free kick in the 89th minute. During the 94th minute of the match Pedrão Fernandez completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pedrão Fernandez a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 95th match minute, GREMIO OSASCO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrão Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Porteiras fans cheered their team off the field, for while GREMIO OSASCO F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
