Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nando Monteiro started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Mandassaia booed when Brava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marcinho Nogueira fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mandassaia's protests and gave Marcinho Nogueira a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Brava booed when Mandassaia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcinho Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Nando Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brava's supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the game, Nando Monteiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brava's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mandassaia the free kick. Nando Monteiro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. André Luís Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomé Mesquita in the 18th minute of play. Brava's André Luís Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomé Mesquita in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Tomé Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mandassaia's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomé Mesquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Luís Braga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomé Mesquita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Luís Braga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Victor Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Fabiano de Mendonça took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Luís Braga. André Luís Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Tomé Mesquita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Luís Braga having to make a save. André Luís Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomé Mesquita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tomé Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aírton Massa in the 57th minute of play forced Mandassaia's goalkeeper Jeremias Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Fabiano de Mendonça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Luís Braga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Tomé Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mandassaia's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomé Mesquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Luís Braga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Brava getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Eriberto do Vale hit a great ball. Tomé Mesquita struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. André Luís Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mandassaia. If Tomé Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomé Mesquita struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. André Luís Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mandassaia. In the 87th minute, Tomé Mesquita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of André Luís Braga. The goal made the score 0-4. Aírton Massa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Giuseppe Urbano didn't quite understand what happened when in the 99 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the final whistle sounded Mandassaia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brava.
