Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) If Nilton Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robinho Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aílton Antunes in the 4th minute of the match. Erasmo Catarinense charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Catarinense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to The Walking Dead getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Erasmo Catarinense hit a great ball. Samuca Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilian Donatello in the 22nd minute of play forced Mel E C's goalkeeper Osmar Gonçalves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in The Walking Dead's zone, Nilton Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robinho Travassos came out of the goal and Nilton Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robinho Travassos came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Mel E C's Nilton Cearense. But to his dismay, Nilton Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Mel E C's zone, Wilian Donatello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osmar Gonçalves came out of the goal and Wilian Donatello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aílton Antunes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robinho Travassos having to make a save. Nilton Cearense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robinho Travassos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Nilton Cearense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robinho Travassos. The Walking Dead's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nilton Cearense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuca Mazza in the 47th minute of play forced Mel E C's goalkeeper Osmar Gonçalves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Wilian Donatello made the kick off in the second half. Samuca Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilian Donatello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Osmar Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilian Donatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 58 minutes into the game, Bernardo Couto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Walking Dead's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mel E C the free kick. Bernardo Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Robinho Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilton Cearense in the 60th minute of the match. During the 66th minute of the match Bernardo Couto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bernardo Couto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 67 played minutes The Walking Dead got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Couto. Nilton Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Robinho Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jean Velasco hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The Walking Dead's Robinho Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilton Cearense in the 79th minute of play. Aílton Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robinho Travassos having to interfere. Nilton Cearense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mel E C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
