Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Júlio Rossi made the kick off which started today's match. Emanuel Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Ramos having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Guimarães in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcinho Ramos saved Conchal EC from getting behind. Emanuel Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Marcinho Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaká Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Júlio Rossi made a precise shot to the right of Gilson Cordeiro. Caratianas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Cristian Guimarães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcinho Ramos made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Emanuel Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. Marcinho Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Guimarães to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Conchal EC booed when Caratianas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Conchal EC's Júlio Rossi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilson Cordeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emanuel Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Ramos having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Conchal EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Cristian Guimarães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcinho Ramos was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 63rd minute Emanuel Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Conchal EC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Kaká Couto hit a great ball. Caratianas's Cesinha Pinho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Conchal EC. Emanuel Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Ramos having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play, Caratianas's Cristian Guimarães made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcinho Ramos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emanuel Azevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcinho Ramos having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Caratianas's zone, Júlio Rossi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilson Cordeiro came out of the goal and Júlio Rossi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Guimarães might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcinho Ramos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Guimarães ran back to his position shaking his head. Júlio Rossi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilson Cordeiro having to interfere. Cristian Guimarães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcinho Ramos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Caratianas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
