Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vigia's Válbson Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Luz in the 4th minute of play. Eliseu Quintal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Washington Félix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Válbson Custódio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gugu Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Eliseu Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Washington Félix having to interfere. Washington Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Quintal in the 19th minute of the match. Reinaldo Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Dante in the 34th minute of play forced Gurjao EC's goalkeeper Washington Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 49 minutes into the game, Edvaldo Schmidt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gurjao EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vigia the free kick. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseu Quintal to strike the kick off in the second half. Duarte Dante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Washington Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseu Quintal in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Washington Félix saved Gurjao EC from getting behind. In the 61st match minute, Gurjao EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gugu Luz to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the game, Duarte Dante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Washington Félix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aluísio Cunha's late challenge caught a Vigia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aluísio Cunha helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes Gurjao EC got a freekick which was hit by Aluísio Cunha. In the 80th minute of the match Maicon Furlan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Washington Félix showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 84 played minutes Gurjao EC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Pedro Medeiros. In the 85th minute, Gualter Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute Eliseu Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseu Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Washington Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gurjao EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Eliseu Quintal scored to the left of an out of position Washington Félix, making the score, 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mazinho Netto during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Vigia getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mazinho Netto hit a great ball. Gugu Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
